I am a founder and consultant specializing in building and optimizing retail, brand and product strategies for both established companies and start-ups. Working independently and through THE BOARD, I leverage a vast network of top-tier consultants for project collaboration.
I create fashion strategies that sell. I translate creative concepts into commercial success for brands by combining design expertise with retail analytics to unlock sustainable growth. I am passionate about creating value, cultivating authenticity and growing sales without sacrificing social and environmental responsibility.
I have 18 years of experience in the fashion industry, both at large global brands and start-ups. I am best known for co-founding SWORDS-SMITH, an NYC retailer with a customer experience focused mission and an elevated roster of designers including Issey Miyake, Collina Strada, Maison Margiela, Willy Chavarria and more. The unique product strategy was featured in The New York Times, WWD, Vogue, Elle and T Magazine, among others. Previously I was at Levi Strauss & Co. and Hanesbrands, where I specialized in design and new revenue strategy.
